The Intro Call: Your First Step (No Pressure)
You don’t need a full simulation to (roughly) know where you stand.
We’ve designed a 15-minute conversation to help both of us figure out if we’re a good fit. No pitch. No slide deck. No pressure.
What Happens in 15 Minutes #
0-3 minutes: You tell me about your organization. What you do, how big your team is, what keeps you up at night.
3-8 minutes: I ask about your crisis experience. Have you faced a real incident? What went well? What fell apart? What concerns you most about your team’s readiness?
8-12 minutes: I explain how our games work. What a session looks like, what you’ll walk away with, whether it makes sense for your situation.
12-15 minutes: You decide if you want to continue. That’s it.
What You’ll Walk Away With #
Even in 15 minutes, you’ll get:
- A clear sense of where your team’s crisis capability gaps might be
- An understanding of what a game could look like for you
- Zero obligation. If it doesn’t make sense, that’s fine.
What It’s Not #
This is not a sales call. I’m not going to pitch you on anything.
This is not a consultation you’ll pay for. There’s no invoice.
This is not a commitment to anything. We’re just talking.
Why This Exists #
Most companies only need to know: are we ready or not? The Intro Call answers that question quickly, without requiring you to spend thousands to find out.
It’s also how we work. We don’t push people into things they don’t need. If you’re already solid, I’ll tell you. If you’re not ready, I’ll tell you that too.
Ready? #
Book an Intro Call. 15 minutes.
