How we work #
How much does it cost? #
CHF 2'500 to CHF 12'000. We work with SMEs who don’t have enterprise budgets. This is a fraction of what big consultancies charge, and we deliver capability, not a PDF report.
How long does a session take? #
2 to 6 hours, depending on game complexity and the specific learning objectives we’ll define together.
How many people participate? #
We recommend 4-6 participants for optimal engagement. This mirrors real crisis teams and ensures everyone has a meaningful role.
Do you do online sessions? #
Yes. We run sessions online or onsite, depending on what serves your learning objectives best. Online sessions work well for distributed teams and scheduling flexibility. Onsite sessions work well when you want deeper engagement and relationship building. We handle the logistics of the videoconference, so you can focus on the simulation.
What scenarios do you run? #
Scenarios are customized to your industry and threat profile. Even if your processes are ad hoc, we meet you where you are.
